We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Director of Electronics to lead our advanced hardware and system development programs. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in RF systems, GNSS technologies, and countermeasure systems such as spoofing, jamming detection, and mitigation, along with hands-on experience in FPGA, embedded, and electronic system integration.
●Lead and manage the electronics, FPGA, and embedded systems teams.
● Oversee the design, development, and testing of advanced RF and electronic systems.
● Provide technical direction on GNSS signal processing, anti-jamming/spoofing techniques, and secure communication systems.
● Supervise system-level integration, testing, and validation of electronic hardware.
● Review and approve hardware designs, schematics, and embedded code.
● Guide the FPGA/SoC design, RF subsystem development, and system-level debugging.
● Work closely with leadership to plan project milestones, budgets, and technical roadmaps.
● Ensure quality standards, documentation, and compliance with project and defense requirements.
Requires Skills Experience:
● 8+ years of experience in electronics, embedded systems, or RF system design.
● Deep knowledge of GNSS systems, RF communication protocols, and signal intelligence.
● Experience with spoofing, jamming detection, mitigation, and secure RF signal processing.
● Hands-on expertise with FPGA/SoC platforms, MATLAB/Simulink, and signal processing algorithms.
● Strong understanding of ADC/DAC systems, DSP, and RF front-end architectures.
● Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
● Excellent communication, analytical, and technical decision-making skills.
