Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university.
2+ years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
Strong proficiency in CAD/CAM, tolerance analysis, FEA (thermal simulation, stress), and motion analysis (stress under variable load, vibrations) with exposure to Industry 4.0 technologies.
Hands-on experience with SolidWorks (CAD/CAM), ANSYS/SolidWorks/COMSOL (FEA, dynamic motion analysis).
Strong academic background with a demonstrated aptitude for research and problem-solving.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry design standards and regulatory requirements.
Design and develop mechanical systems and components to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
Utilize CAD/CAM and FEM, dynamic motion analysis to create detailed designs, simulations, and analysis.
Conduct reliability engineering calculations on product design.
Conduct system engineering activities from project design to product analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of design processes, technical specifications, and project updates.
