A ground-breaking initiative, Dredger IPS seeks to redefine efficient availability and maintenance of the Platform by utilizing cutting-edge technology and unmatched efficiency.
QVISE has completed the development of the Integrated Product Support (IPS) package for the Backhoe Dredger and the Split Hopper barges.
QVISE developed thorough SFD document for the Dredger, enabling organized and clear insights into the functionality of the Backhoe Dredger and Split Hopper barges and improving operational comprehension.
The Dredger project included development of comprehensive Configuration Management (CM) systems by QVISE, ensuring smooth coordination between components and supporting effective maintenance and upgrades.
The Dredger now has IETMs from QVISE, which are user-friendly and digitalized instructions that make it easier to obtain vital operating and maintenance data for both Backhoe Dredger and Split Hopper barges
QVISE's MMS Package simplifies scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting for the Dredger, thus optimizing maintenance operations.
Through an elaborate tool, QVISE has ensured efficient supply support services for the Dredger project thus reliable and timely supply of critical materials, spare parts, and components, minimizing downtime and maximizing operating effectiveness.
QVISE utilize CAMS (Computer Aided Management) software as requested by the customer/End-user as an interface to document Configuration Management (CM) and attach all configuration items with MMS Package and Technical Manuals, as well as installation drawings, & Shipbuilder arrangement drawings. Furthermore, the complete Parts list of the assemblies & subassemblies is also attached with the configuration items.
