When QVISE is awarded any IPS project, which has PSA activity included in it, our analysts study the type of acquisition (i.e. COTS, MOTS, GOTS, New Design) and tailor the PSA activities to scope the analyses to be conducted. Our team of Engineers & Experts follow the tailoring guide MIL-HDBK-502A — Product Support Analysis (PSA). Based on PSA tailoring process, our experts formulate PSA Plan in a mutually agreed upon time and put up the same to the client for review. Followed by, PSA Guidance conference being held for validation and approval of PSA plan by the client.
