QVISE experts on PSA utilize MIL-HDBK 502A tailoring process to scale the scope of work as per the acquisition method of the client. Our supportability engineers manage work scope as per the tailoring process and prepare PSA plan which includes composition of the teams to work with government’s PSA Manager to execute the project. Our PSA Manager manages a group of analyses and is responsible to attend PSA review meetings and also looks after integration of various analytical techniques with the objective of designing and developing an effective and efficient Product Support Package.
