RELYENCE calls for Rely on excellence. QVISE is the exclusive distributor of RELYENCE in Pakistan. Relyence is a Reliability Software, which helps in prediction and forecasting for making Engineering decisions. The reliability prediction determines the failure rate and hence, the MTBF. To achieve this, the software uses different standards including MIL-HDBK-217, Telcordia, 217Plus, China’s GJB/z 299, and ANSI/VITA 51.1. Its Reliability Prediction supports mixing models to provide ultimate flexibility when performing reliability prediction analyses. Moreover, it supports both the NPRD - 2016 (Non-Electronic Parts Reliability Data) and EPRD - 2014 (Electronic Parts Reliability Data) databases.

It Performs FMEA as per the client’s needs, including Design, Process, Hardware and Piece-part FMECAs as per SAE J1729 or MIL-STD-1629.

The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) methodology used by Relyence is described in several industry and government standards, including NRC NUREG–0492 for the nuclear power industry, Fault Tree Handbook with Aerospace Applications for use by NASA, SAE ARP4761 for civil aerospace, MIL–HDBK–338 for military systems, and IEC 61025 for cross-industry.

Maintainability Predictions are based on the MIL-HDBK-472. The objective of a maintainability prediction is to assess system repair and maintenance activities in order to minimize system downtime

Relyence Weibull provides a framework to manage and perform Weibull, or Life Data, analysis. Accelerated Life Testing (ALT) is a testing methodology that involves subjecting a product to various stresses above those that would be seen during normal operation in an effort to induce failures.

The RBD analysis is tool is used to assess reliability and find ways to improve system as required.

RELYENCE FRACAS covers Designing and in-service phase. It recalculates the reliability in in-service and manages the reliability changes due to maintenance/repair.
